INGREDIENTS for 2 servings
  • 125 g rice, non cooked
  • 400 ml clear soup
    (400 mi water + 1 soup cube clear soup / vegetable / beef / chicken )
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch spring onion
  • 100 g corn, frozen or canned
  • 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
  • 100 ml clear soup (see above)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed

PREPARATION Rice pan with minced meat

The simple recipe for this pan with rice and meat shows once again that with a few inexpensive ingredients you can cook a quick number (not what you think now again! Read on and do not giggle 😉 ) at home cheap.

Start with the rice pan with minced meat and boil the clear soup. Here it is only up to your taste what kind of soup you take (beef, vegetables, chicken,…), the main thing is that it is clear. Means please no goulash soup, lentil soup & Co,

In it you cook the rice on low heat for about 20 minutes according to the swelling method.

While the rice is cooking, turn your attention to the onion. Peel and dice it. Clean the spring onion and cut it into smaller rings. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. If there are larger tomatoes, you can also cut them into quarters.

TIPP FOR Rice pan with minced meat

The rice pan with minced meat also tastes just as good if you only use water with a little salt to cook the rice. It will be delicious if you sprinkle some crumbled feta on this simple dish to serve! But if you do, I advise you to double the amount, because you will not voluntarily stop to enjoy until the button flies off at a speed that you only know when you run out of milk and kick the pot aside in a three-thousandth of a second.
