Chicken with mushrooms & broccoli
Chicken with mushrooms & broccoli sounds like a delicious, but elaborate and expensive recipe. Yet it is very easy and inexpensive to cook. Few ingredients with wonderful flavors make this dish so special. You should definitely try it out!
- 700 g chicken breast fillets (without skin and bones)
- 100 g broccoli
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 g shiitake
- 1 onion, red
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 120 ml white wine
- 250 ml chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- salt, pepper
So that the actual cooking process of the chicken with mushrooms & broccoli later goes very quickly from the hand is a proper mise en place of need. Clean the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized florets. Clean the mushrooms and shiitake and chop depending on the size of each mushroom. To cook the chicken with mushrooms & broccoli cheaply, you can also rely only on mushrooms alone, this does not detract from the pleasure. Of course, you can also cook chanterelles, for example, adapted to the season.
