PREPARATION Chicken Alfredo Pan (One Pot)

The Chicken Alfredo Pan (One Pot) is a quick dish for which you also need only a few steps. Let’s go for it!

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes, peel the garlic and also dice it. Of course you can press the garlic , but as we all know this should only be the very last resort when we are about to stink regarding laziness & cooking ^^

Now heat some oil in a Pfanne mit hohem Rand  or a suitable saucepan, add the chicken and garlic cubes and fry everything until hot.

Only now season with a little salt, pepper (great it freshly ground !) and paprika powder, continue to fry until everything has taken a nice brown. Then pour the chicken soup and the whipped cream.

Now add the penne to the pan and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring from time to time. In any case, the pasta should have absorbed the liquid completely and be firm to the bite. If this is not the case, either add some more liquid or let the Hendl Alfred Pfandl simmer for a while.

Finally, we mix in the grated Parmesan until it has melted nicely and has a homogeneous consistency.

TIPP FOR Chicken Alfredo Pan (One Pot)

Do yourself a favor when preparing Chicken Alfredo Pan (One Pot), and don’t use one of those pre-grated Parmesan bags that smell like leftovers from the nearest nail salon, but treat yourself to a piece whole and grate it yourself at home. For this I love to use my Microplane  grater, which is actually a zester, but is wonderful for grating cheese directly over the dish or into the pan.
